      ooow tough question!!!!

hmm well i worked with a drug which is used to treat cancer, but if you don’t have cancer and you get it on your skin, it can actually give you cancer! That was pretty dangerous!

I work with a drug pretty much every day called Ethidium Bromide which is used to make DNA glow under UV light. It’s really useful but if you get it on your skin (or worse swallow it) in high doses it can make you very ill because it mixes with the DNA in your cells and causes mutations. People are studying it as a possible chemical for chemotherapy.

Also not particularly dangerous, but I do use anabolic steroids every day in my work, which are a classified drug. We use them in tiny amounts but they have to be strictly regulated coming in and out of the lab so that the government can be sure that they’re only being used for research purposes.

      Great question!
