• Question: Is it true that turmeric can reduce the effects of alzheimers ? how does that work?

      Thanks for the question 🙂

      We know that in cells in the lab it is definitely true! We also believe it is true in mice. Therefore it is also highly likely to be true in humans too!

      It works by binding to the things that cause alzheimer’s- these things are called plaques (sort of like plaques on your teeth…but in your brain). It binds to them and stops them fro being harmful, and helps to break them down! Pretty cool! 🙂
