      Hey Kazybargus13

There’s annecdotal evidence to suggest that cheese gives you nightmares, but no solid scientific proof. There aren’t any specific chemicals in cheese that are linked to hallucination or that affect sleeping patterns that I know of. The only way I think it could disrupt your sleep was if you are lactose intolerant!

If you wanted to we could conduct a study where I eat a different food each night and report back on the consequences compared to cheese? I think I just have a lot of funny dreams anyway.

Nope!! No scientific proof whatsoever, in fact i once read an article which suggested that cheese might even help you sleep!

On the contrary, the lactose in cheese (like lactose in milk) is supposed to help you sleep! Personally, I don’t have cheese-induced nightmares. Perhaps you could ask Wallace?
